Returns Policy

Are you allowing international orders? Not at this time, but as we grow we plan to expand our reach.

I’ve already placed an order, but I need to change or add something? Once you’ve placed an order, if the item is in stock, it takes a day to process it. If you need to change something please email info@ragparlor.com immediately so we can attempt to change your order before it is processed. If you forgot the item on an already placed order you’ll need to place a new order.

What is your return policy?  If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your item within 14 days of receipt, you may return your item for a refund or exchange.

Rules for Return or Exchange: Please email: info@ragparlor.com

  1. Item must be in the same condition as originally shipped to the customer.
  2. Items must still have Rag Parlor Vintage Tag on it 
  3. Item must be shipped to us before any refund or exchange is made.
  4. You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item.
  5. When emailing info@ragparlor.com, please include your order number, and reason for refund or exchange.
  6. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake made by us, like receiving an incorrect item, please email us and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and do our best to rectify the situation.
  7. If returning the item as a result of improper fit, please email us and advise why you want a refund. You will only be reimbursed for the cost of the item and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
  8. Another option is this Vintage, you can take your purchase and resale it for someone else to use.

Where is my order confirmation? After placing your order, a confirmation number will be sent to the email you provided when checking out.

What carriers do you use? USPS through ShipStation depending upon your location.

How long before my order arrives? Processing 1 to 2 days. Domestic orders can arrive between 1-7 days, Please note that your order arrival date is an estimate. There are many factors that go into when your order will arrive such as: location, weight of package, and busy shipping seasons.

**The Rag Parlor Vintage will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.**

Why haven’t I received my order? Although it is extremely rare, orders can get lost. If after 30 days you still have not received your order, please contact us at info@ragparlor.com. We will do everything possible to make sure you receive your order.

What if I want something but no longer on your website? Vintage recycle is usually a one time find. Each piece is unique and different and from many different eras so finding more than one is rare. If you are interested in a piece, we highly recommend you purchase it immediately to guarantee it.

How does your sizing run? These are vintage products made from many different eras, sizing cannot be guaranteed. Please read the product description of the item(s) you are interested in. If there is a size difference we will try and note it there. Otherwise, please order your normal size. If you are still uncertain of how an item will fit, please feel free to email us with your questions.
